Okay, so last week I lost my temper and called my best friend. I didn't bother with saying hi or anything, and then I say to him something like, "Hey, if you keep making promises to me you know you can't keep, then don't bother coming to visit me, no actually don't even bother talking to me." And that was that.
Later that week, I was going through a fast downward spiral. My depression was kicking in, full throttle, and I just wanted to die. For a few weeks, a while back, I didn't take my daily medicine.
